Glenburgie is one of our favorite distillates here at KWM. This one from Cooper's Choice spent most of its young life in American Oak (almost certainly a Hogshead) before being re-racked into Madeira for a short period. Cask #9598 yielded only 312 bottles, only a handful of which made their way to us. Won't last long. 56%

Palate: Caramel fudge with roasted nuts and sweet malt. Madeira cake.
Finish: Dried fruits and late spices. Delightful!
