Neato. An indie Highland Park that isn't branded as yet another 'Unnamed Orkney'. This one may be just a wee'un, but 7-year-old whisky usually drinks beyond its years when it has been matured in an STR (shaved, toasted, recharred) cask. And while we try not to get sucked in by colour, there's no two ways about it, STR-ing a cask does incredible things for the hues that end up in glass. This is one of the prettiest shades of mahogany we've seen in a long, long while. 

Natural colour, non-chill filtered and bottled at 47.5% abv.
