Available for sale by ballot. The cask, a Manzanilla Sherry Butt, has a unique provenance. The first Ardbeg whisky matured in it was used in the creation of Ardbeg Ardbog in 2013. This bottling was filled February 20, 2013, and was been bottled at 60.7% on September 9, 2021.

Colour: Mahogany.
Aroma: Dry with a gentle musty note, like damp warehouse floor. A little water releases oily and nutty aromas, entwined with roasted Brazil nuts, fragrant woodsmoke and a distinctive, herbal top note.
Taste: Peppery and warming textures bring smoked cashew and pecan nuts, alongside notes of smoky toffee and brown sugar. Cinnamon and clove follow on with ripples of tar.
Finish: Long and bittersweet, layering salty, tarry peat smoke, with aniseedd, leather and bonfire embers.
Rating: Exceptional.
