"A new expression of the original De Auras Wheat Sour was released back in 2015. Soft tartness, orchard fruit, and subtle minerality create the complex flavours and aromas of this wheat sour. Aged in one of our giant oak foudres and a selection of freshly drained white wine barrels, resulting in a refreshing and delicious beer. De Auras finishes crisp, dry, and slightly tart. An excellent pairing to a shared plate of charcuterie on a sunny day."

"Brewed almost entirely with wheat malt, fermented with a mango forward yeast strain and dry-hopped with Cascade, Eclipse, Bru-1 and Sabro. The wheat malt adds body and sweetness to the mouthfeel while the hops and yeast give aromas and flavours of citrus, pineapple, mango and coconut. This wheat ale is hop forward, tropical, and best served at pool parties."
