What these growers lack in the individual scale of production, they make up for in drama - the vineyards reach a height of 1200 meters, the highest active vineyards in Europe! Comprised entirely of the indigenous Valle d'Aosta varietal Prié Blanc, this exciting wine bursts with florality and alpine meadow fruit. A truly wonderful aperitif, and a must-try for those keen to explore the Italian alpine terroir.

"Very mineral-driven on the nose, with a hint of elderflower and fresh snow (oh god please make it go away). On the palate, there's ripping acidity, no sugar, and a light body, like sucking on a lime on a gravel driveway next to a florist after it rained. A perfect wine to use as an aperitif to get the evening started."
