700ml mlAndrew's Tasting Note
Nose: floral, creamy and toasty with soft fruits and spices; honeysuckle and rose petals; marzipan and clotted cream; on the fruit side of things, apples, pears and apricots; sliced ginger and star anise on the spice front.
Palate: round, creamy and toasty with warming spices; floral tones from start to finish, only surpassed by creamy toasted oak; honeyed with more marzipan and creme brule; baked apples, poached pears, dried apricot and lemon zest; the spice tones build with ground cinnamon, star anise and clove.
Finish: long, coating, and creamy with a backbone of delicate floral notes and crisp spices.
Comment: this is a classic Linkwood, creamy, floral and fruity!
