Copper Stilled in Small Batches: Every drop of alcohol that goes into a bottle of Sipsmith has been distilled in copper. Copper draws out the impurities and cleanses the spirit. It’s what makes Sipsmith spirits so incredibly smooth.

One Shot Method: One of the only gins in the world to use the “One-Shot Method”, meaning we use exactly the right amount of botanicals in our distillation so that we only need to add water to bring it down to bottling strength. 99% of gins are made using a concentrate which is diluted with neutral grain spirit and water. This neutral alcohol has had no contact with copper nor the botanicals so it produces a harsher, less balanced gin.
 

Hand Cut: We only ever retain a tight heart cut (the highest quality) of the liquid which is cut by hand. Much like a fine single malt, it’s what delivers our uncompromising quality of spirit.
