The Single Cask is one of the more recent independent bottlers to hit our shelves. This 26 Year Old Strathclyde was distlled on August 17th, 1993 and matured for 26 years in an ex-Bourbon Barrel before being bottled at 55.3%. 191 bottles total, with only a fraction of that coming to Alberta.
