The Legendary Eight bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label follows on the heels of the recent Ghost & Rare Johnnie Blues, which each featured whisky from a closed distillery at the heart of the blend. 

The Legendary Eight is a celebration of the Johnnie Walker brand turning 200 years young, and features component whisky from eight (imagine that..) distilleries that were in operation at the time John Walker when he began Walking and blending whisky as a grocer two centuries ago. Many of these distilleries still exist today including Blair Athol, Oban, Lagavulin and Teaninich. What makes this bottle extra special is the use of whisky from long-gone distilleries including Cambus, Port Dundas, and Carsebridge. Best of all is the inclusion of the soon-to-be-revived Brora; which is a legend itself. Bottled at 43.8%.
