Claus Presisinger, is a young winemaker operating out of a small winery in the sub-appellation of Gols, in Austria's Burgenland. He makes a range of natural wines, all the whites have skin contact and reds veer towards the quaffable side. The Puszta has quickly become a favourite among the natty wine crowd, it offers a Beuajolais-like profile, and you can chill it down in the summer. It has an intriguing cherry cola note to it along with some minerality.
