Cherry Wine is a feather in our cap: some of the nicest juice from one of our favourite fruits.
The acidity, juicy fruit and sweet spice notes of the Montmorency feel like quintessential Ontario summer.
We bring our cherries in within 24 hours of harvest, and let them press themselves in a stainless steel tank, using just the free run juice for cherry wine.
This vintage was left on skins for three days, and aged on lees for six months before release.
Ingredients: Montmorency cherries. Gluten free.
Wild ferment. Zero residual sugar. Vegan.

Bright acidity, savoury fruit with juicy tannins. The vibe of this vintage is summer cherry pie, with a dusting of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
The lees have added a silken depth, while the kiss of skin contact has lent the softest tannins to this vintage.
It's incredibly easy drinking—like if Beaujolais Nouveau was made with cherries instead of grapes. Drink it on it's own before dinner, or by the fire afterwards with a good book.
