Tobermory is a wonderful and underappreciated distillery located on the Isle of Mull. Besides making fantastic unpeated single malt whisky, it also produces some phenomenal peated Scotch Whisky. Just ask Evan. This Ledaig was distilled in 2008 and bottled at 11 years of age and 54% ABV after aging in three hoggies. Only 6 bottles are coming to KWM. Make sure to get a bottle before Evan buys them all!

Nose: "Soft smoke, sea salt, orange marmalade on toast.
Palate: The smoke builds with white chocolate and plums.
Finish: Dry smoke, cinnamon, chilli flakes.”

One of Scotland's most beloved whiskies, this 10 year old highlights the distillery's peaty provenance. Although technically the most peated full time production whisky in Scotland, the distilleries stills and spirit-purifier gives this malt a softer edge than might be expected. It has been bottled at 46% without colouring or chill-filtering.
