Sadly but 3 bottles came to KWM, and they sold out before they even hit the floor. The whisky was matured in a Refill Sherry Hogshead Cask #2561, and has been bottled after 30 years at 55%.

Producer Tasting Note

Nose: Intense honeysuckle and stewed fruit aromas are complemented by sweet honeycomb and fresh cut grass. Tart orange marmalade develops with undertones of raspberries covered in rich milk chocolate.

Taste: Floral and herbal notes transform into aniseed with a slight chilli edge. Sweet honey and orange zest flavours with traces of grass lead to roasted coffee and golden syrup.

Finish: Long with lingering spice, aniseed and a rich sweetness.
