Less than a handful of these bottles found their way to KWM, from a single 21 year single cask of Glenmorangie, hand selected by Dr. Bill Lumsden! Bottled at 56.6% after maturing 8 years in bourbon casks and then 13 years further in a single Château Roubine Provence Red Wine cask.

Producer Tasting Note

Aroma: Richly rounded and sweet. Turkish delight fills the nose, entwined with baked peaches, vanilla and candle wax. Then come contrasting depths of toffee, clove and oak. With water, top notes of green peppers and tomato leaves shine through, alongside more oak spice, chocolate and a suggestion of polished mahogany.

Taste: Dry, peppery textures are followed by the zestiness of Seville orange and lemon curd, set against aniseed’s intensity, more clove and toffee.

Finish: Gentle and fruity, brimming with Glenmorangie’s signature notes of peach, vanilla and coconut.
