We managed to get our hands on a VERY limited amount of Park Distillery's 2nd Rye Whisky Release. This is the first release to make it to our shop and comes from a single cask limited run of 300 bottles. Selected by Distiller Matt Hendricks and his team at Park Distillery in Banff, Alberta. This 100% Canadian Rye was filled into a half-sized cask with a #3 char on January 31st, 2017. It was aged for 42 months before being put into 375ml bottles at 43.4% ABV.
