There is no Westport distillery, of course. Westport is sort of a proxy name for the spirit that Glenmorangie sells to independent bottlers; another of those 'worst-kept whisky secrets' meant to protect the Glenmorangie brand name, as is the big 'TEASPOONED' stencil across the front of the label. If they say it has been teaspooned, it can no longer be marketed as a single malt, nor declared as a Glenmorangie.

From the Young Masters Series, this Sherry Hogshead (#19-1202) from indie bottler Valinch & Mallet yielded 370 bottles. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2019 at 51.8%. Natural colour and non chill-filtered.
