Leads off on the nose with striking floral scent reminiscent of violets, dark cherry fruit with a dusting of cinnamon, clove and a splash of vanilla. Thickly textured in the mouth with concentrated black cherry flavour wrapped in velvety tannins and lively, forward acidity on the finish. Pairs well with poultry such as duck & chicken, and also great with a roast turkey dinner.
