From the MacPhail's Collection by Gordon & MacPhail comes this 26 or 27 year old Highland Park. Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2017 at 43% ABV. Matured in Refill American Oak Hogsheads. Only 6 bottles have come to Canada!

Producer's Tasting Note

Nose: Sweet honey mingles with ripe pineapple, apple, and blueberry aromas. A touch of fresh lime lingers.

Palate: Sweet and creamy with hints of pepper. Ripe banana, dark chocolate, and oak flavours combine with roasted brazil nut and a touch of ash on
the finish.

WITH WATER

Nose: Sweet and mellow with delicate floral aromas, toasted malt, and hints of fresh lemonade.
 
Palate: Sweet and creamy with butterscotch, ripe fruit, and a touch of chilli spice. A citrus edge develops leading to a clean finish.
 
Body: Light / medium.
 
Finish: Medium in length with lingering hints of oak.
