Producer's Tasting Note
"Drawn from a Spanish oak ex-Sherry Butt. Dark amber in colour, with moderate beading.
"Red apple with a toffee coating; chewy fudge with crumbs of chocolate brownie.
"Sweet and zesty on the palate. Fudge toffee with sliced orange peel. The finish is mouth drying, with lingering fresh orange and pink grapefruit."
