Andrew's Tasting Note

Nose: classic old Grain whisky on the nose, and a touch rummy; a touch musty and yeasty (sour dough rising); dried apple chips, apricot and peaches in cream.

Palate: soft, creamy, floral and fruity; more rum notes, corn syrup and honey butter; still a bit doughy-bready with more white and stone fruits; a touch musty with late citrus Wine Gums.

Finish: medium-short, it is light, elegant and fruity; late floral and dunnage oak notes.

Comment: perfect for sitting outside and sipping on a warm, bright, sunny day.
