The history of Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España began back in 1879 at this winery in Barrio de la Estación train station in the town of Haro. Over more than 140 years, the winery has continued to grow around the Aldea del Vino (Wine Village), a sunny courtyard flanked by unique stone buildings with ceramic tile roofs, which has become the central hub of Cune.

Tempranillo grapes harvested manually and stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10-12ºC to avoid fermentation initially. The must, which has already acquired the desired pink tone, is run off between 24 and 48 hours later. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 16°C and 18°C to maintain the aromas and fruit that characterise this wine. It displays a brilliant cherry-pink hue with violet reflections, evoking its freshness and youthfulness. Floral aromas intertwine with delicate balsamic nuances, while red fruits like ripe cherry and notes of wild herbs add depth and character. A subtle hint of anise enhances its naturally fresh sensation. On the palate, it is round and balanced, with vibrant acidity that accentuates its freshness.
