Les Vins Pirouettes is a project launched by Christian Binner. The goal is to create affordable natural wines while also helping organic and biodynamic grape growers in Alsace move away from selling their grapes, and towards making their own wines. Each cuvée is made at Binner’s winery, with Christian lending his experience and expertise to produce beautiful wines. Their Les Vins Pirouettes Saveurs d’Eric is a blend of Auxerrois (70%) and Sylvanner (30%), showing an array of vibrant floral and citrus characteristics.
