Jared & Tracey of Donkey & Goat produce this small lot bottling of Old Vine Carignan to highlight the unique and delicious nature of the varietal on its own rather than blended. From a vineyard coming up on 80 years old, the grapes produced yield this blue fruit, bush herb scented beauty. A lighter palate, bright acidity and very reasonable alcohol level, increase the crushable factor, without giving up complexity and structure.
