"The destemmed grapes are placed in oak barrels for eight days where the fermentation takes place in contact with the skins of the grapes. There is no temperature control or added yeasts. The ageing is done in oak barrels after the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations for about 18 months, during which they may make on or two transfers if needed... Coppery color, the nose is complex and persistent with hints of red fruits like cherry in particular. The mouth is full, elegant and with a great minerality. Hints of berries can be perceived at the aftertaste."
