Tasting Notes

Andrew's Tasting Note

Nose: big malt, honey, marzipan, orange and fresh cut green grass; banana split with canned pineapple and candied ginger slices.

Palate: round, chewy and malty; more pineapple and banana chips; crisp spices and orange slices in an old fashioned cocktail; more candied ginger and some licorice.

Finsh: long, coating, creamy and very spicy with fading fruits and marzipan.

Comment: young but full of character and the smooth body of an older malt.
