This sweet and spicy Mexican Liqueur is made with hand-selected ripe, red chiles grown in the state of Puebla. The Chiles are sun-dried for 15 to 20 days then sliced and left to soak for six months in neutral cane spirit. After a further blending and marrying period, the liquor is bottled at 40%.
