Andrew's Tasting Note
Nose: green and malty, vegetal with apples and hay; floral with almonds, copper and a touch of subtle oak.
Palate: very honeyed, malty and creamy, overall more oak than the nose suggested; still floral with lots of white fruits it is sweet and easy drinking; very delicate spice.
Finish: medium-short, light, clean and honeyed with soft moist oak.
Comment: this is the whisky equivalent of a session beer; simple, but pleasant and easy drinking.
