A fan of natural wines? Here's a must. This mighty fine, mighty interesting sparkling wine hails from France's Jo Landron, an organic and biodynamic grower doing some very cool things. This wine is a blend of Folle Blanche with 20 per cent Pinot Noir. It's grown in Muscadet, but can't be called Muscadet because it's a sparkling wine. Notes of Macintosh apples, Meyer lemons and peaches, plus a hint of toast, make this one a standout.
