The traditional Belgian Wit is a lightly hopped wheat ale flavoured with coriander and orange rind. Two Sergeant's variation is brewed much the same way , except fresh blood orange puree imported from Sicily is used. This is is a refreshing summer ale that can be enjoyed by everyone year round. Best enjoyed cold with a slice of orange.
