"This big red, from Osoyoos' eastern bench vineyards and in the warm 2015 vintage it is even more expansive. The mix is one half cabernet sauvignon with an addition of 39 percent malbec and 11 percent carménère. The tannins are gritty but bolstered by black cherry, blueberry, espresso, and blackberry jam and mint. You can drink it now with grilled or roasted beef or wait 24 months for it to fully develop."
