The Four Roses Single Barrel is a corn heavy Bourbon, with that grain accounting for at least 60% of the mashbill. It is also accordingly very smooth. Bottled from a single barrel, it's profile will vary from cask to cask, but it is always bottled at 50%, and always melow!
