Vicaris recently opened their own brewery in 2011, Dilewyns, previously they brewed at De Proef. A mix of Vicaris Tripel and Boon lambic. It is ideal as a thirst quencher for the long, hot summer days. A unique style of beer created by the complex interplay of Vicaris Tripel and the Boon Gueuze. The fruity and soft properties of Vicar Triple / Gueuze come from Vicar Tripel, with a fresh light acidity contributed by the gueuze.
