Rumrunner Cider pours a rich gold with a slight amber hue and nice carbonation. The aroma is intense, warm, dark and very cidery. Sea Cider's Rumrunner has the same intensity in flavor as it does in its aromas, yet it is balanced. Nice acidic edge with accompanying flavors of raisin, rum, leather, toffee and even hints of clove on the finish. The aroma is of sweet apples and a bit of that whiskey in there as well, which resulted in a caramel or toffee note. Very tannic in its mouthfeel.

Newton Pippin apples give structure to this crisp and aromatic dry sparkling cider. Blended with Island grown apples such as Winter Bananas and Sunsets, the result is an aromatic medley of apricot, marzipan and candied orange peel.
