Distillery Tasting Note: Smooth sweet taste that combines artfully with its complex malt and peat flavours. The sweetness and spiciness of Sherry interact beautifully with the malt and peat flavours resulting in a remarkably well balanced masterpiece. Cooley is Ireland's only independent distillery. Amongst other things it makes an unpeated single malt, Tyrconnell, a peated single malt, Connemara and a blend, Kilbeggan.

This is a limited edition, small batch, lightly peated and sherry finished Irish whiskey. Distilled at Cooley, Ireland's only independent distillery, it has notes of light peat and spicy sherry; 46%.
