Five generations later, Champagne Dumangin is producing an array of wines, from their classic, feminine style to their newer, high-end cuvees. This non-vintage blend is made up of 47% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Noir and 16% Pinot Meunier, and it accounts for almost 50% of their production. It is a truly delicious wine, pale salmon in colour with an enticing scent of strawberry. On the palate, it offers subtle notes of raspberry and citrus with some toasty brioche notes on the finish.
