Created in the late 20’s by Pierre Ramonet , the domaine is now manage by Noel and his brother Jean-Claude, the third generation. Today, the domaine comprises 17 hectares surronding the village of Chassagne-Mt, Puligny-Mt, Saint Aubin but also Bouzeron and Pernand Vergelesses. They produce what are widely regarded as one of the most sought after and collectable wines in all of Burgundy.

Although best known for his whites, Ramonet's reds are remarkably fine too. Pinot Noir is grown all over the world but rarely can it outshine the wines of the Cote d'Or. This Village offers great value with the signature flavors of a true Burgundy - fruit flavors of raspberry and wild strawberry with notes of roses, violets and truffles.
