This 10 year old Bourbon was filled into cask on 10/4/2002 and bottled on 10/9/2012 at 43.3%. It was selected by and bottled exclusively for KWM.
Evan Williams bourbon is made by Heaven Hill distillery in Bardstown Kentucky. The brand is named in honor of Evan Williams who is credited with being Kentucky's first distiller.

Nose: soft and rich, vanilla extract, raisins, freshly churned butter and soft oils.
Palate: soft, a lightly spicy, some sweet vanilla and more gentle oils; cocoa, round earthy notes and charred oak show later.
Finish: long, soft and clean.
