This malt whisky is a key component of Ballentine's, Teachers, and Old Smuggler. The distillery was founded in 1824, and produces an astounding 5,240,000L of spirit a year. Between 1964-1981 a pair of Lomond stills were installed to produce another single malt called Mosstowie, which though no longer made can still be found! The vast majority of Miltonduff is used in blended whiskies.
