All kidding aside about Lethbridge and the "diamond filtration", Danfield's is a superb hand crafted Canadian whisky; a blend of rye, corn and malted barley. The whisky is matured 5 years in white oak barrels and is made with pure Rocky Mountain water. Nose: buttered warm rye bread, fresh cut wood and molasses. Palate: smooth, creamy and warming w/ burnt caramel. Finish: warming w/ burnt caramel.
