Blanton's, the original single barrel bourbon is aged in one barrel, and never blended. Each cask is tasted by the Master Distiller & reviewed by a tasting panel before being bottled; especially important considering there is no way of adjusting the flavour by the blending of other casks. Special Reserve is the gateway to Blanton's bourbons, bottled at 40%, it's the easiest drinking expression.
