Kittling Ridge is a Canadian producer of Ontario Wine and Spirits, located at the base of the Niagara Escarpment. Forty Creek is a delicate harmonization of malted barley, rye and maize. The small grains are distilled as separate batches in copper "pot" still and aged in toasted oak barrels. The nuttiness of the barley, the fruitiness of the rye and the richness of the maize are skillfully blended.
