Tan Taka Tan is a Japanese spirit (Shochu) made from carefully selected red shiso and pristine water from Shiranuka town in Hokkaido. It which was born in 1992 and has a smooth and refreshing aroma and taste. This is blended shochu is made with neutral cane spirits and date spirits with natural perilla flavor. Hand-picked purple shiso leaves are used to create this intriguing aromatic shochu.
