One of the new BenRiach bottlings released under the supervision of Master Blender Rachel Barrie, the new BenRiah 12 Year old is bottled at 46% ABV with no colouring added. It is matured in a combination of three different cask styles: ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry, and ex-Port.

"To make the BenRiach Twelve, Benriach spirit is three cask matured for at least twelve years in sherry casks, bourbon barrels and port casks. Established in 1825 Glencadam distillery has been slowly swallowed over the succeeding 200 years by the town of Brechin. Most of the distillery's production is destined for blends, but its core range, predominantly matured in American oak, is very good. This malt punches well above its weight!
