The first aromas that greet you when you open the bottle are reminiscent of a peach custard pie — rich, creamy, and sweet, with a hint of fruitiness that makes your mouth water. Subtle notes of sweet oak come through, adding a layer of warmth and complexity.The finish lingers with a gentle spark of pepper and a whisper of sweet fennel.

We teamed up with our friends at Bridgeland Distillery to bottle our first-ever Canadian "Bourbon Style" whisky barrel pick. The mash bill consists of at least 51% Taber Corn, plus wheat and malted barley. At five years old, it is the oldest of Bridgeland's Taber Corn Whisky bottled so far, and at barrel proof, 62.5%.
