This lambic pours a hazy orange-pink with a frothy creamy white head. The palate has a nice raspberry sour tanginess with a strong sweetness. The Framboise Mort Subite is brewed according to the ancestral Lambic recipe. This original Belgian beer ferments spontaneously. Enhanced with raspberry juice it matures soft and slowly in oaken casks.
