Soured with our house-cultured lacto strain, waterleon juice is added pre and post fermentaceous period, balancing sour flavours with refreshing sweetness.
Apricot juice, peach juice and nectarine flavours mingle balancing sour flavours with light stone fruit sweetness. Soured with our house-cultured lacto strain!
