"Caesar Salad is an IPA brewed with our friends at Fast Fashion in Seattle. It is dry hopped with Anchovy and Citra. Anchovy hops are a new variety grown at Segal Hop Ranch. Anchovy was originally sponsored by Matt from Fast Fashion and he has played a massive part in promoting and popularizing it. These hops are a little more restrained and delicate and we taste really pleasant notes of watermelon and Starburst. "
