Hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards of stone and sand, 1250 metres above sea-level. The wine is a deep ruby colour with an intense, complex aroma of mineral, dark fruit and bell pepper. On the palate the wine has great structure, noticeable tannin and a long finish. Pair with grilled steak, root vegetables.

Rock solid Cabernet. For the money, the consumer is the winner. It's not a rock star by any stretch but all elements are just where they need to be. Blackcurrant and berry fruits and wrapped in a neat parcel of dried herbs, tomato bush and faint mintiness. A touch firmish in the mouth but the finish is long and seemingly endless.
