This family Domaine has been established in Auxey-Duresses for several generations (since 1650). It specializes in the production of Auxey-Duresses whites, reds, and 1ers Crus Climat du Val, La Chapelle, Les Duresses, and Les Ecusseaux. The vines are worked with respect of "terroir". Grapes have always been hand-picked.
750 mlIts velvety and well-moderated tannins make Auxey-Duresses an ideal partner for delicate or white meats. Its supple attack and its notes of red and black fruits give it a wide range. Its charm shines when paired with cold cuts, roasts of pork or veal, kebabs, rabbit, pasta dishes with herbs, and chicken risottos. Grilled fish also succumbs to its allure.
