Eric Bordelet's Poire (pear cider) is made in Normandy, France, specifically at his estate, Château de Hauteville, (also called Domaine Eric Bordelet), located in southern Normandy near the borders of Mayenne and Orne. He uses old, biodynamically farmed orchards for his acclaimed artisanal pear ciders.
